Out of the several projects Miller developed in Castleberry Hill—including the Swift Building Lofts, Bressler Brothers Department Store, West Lumber Lofts, and Fair-Walker Lofts—Castleberry Point was the largest. A $33 million project with 110 units and 35,000 s.f. of storefront retail space, it was the first project built under the Castleberry Hill Historic District area guidelines as established under the Atlanta Urban Design Commission.
