Ranging from townhome to mid-rise, mixed-use developments with structured parking, each Fabric development will be built at a scale that fits within the context of the street and the neighborhood in which it sits.

AFFORDABLE AND DIVERSE

Utilizing our experience and knowledge of how to create affordable elements, we will make each Fabric development a place for people with diverse interests and professions, at a variety of economic levels, to call home.

CREATIVE, A LITTLE EDGY EVEN

Unique, authentic, individualized places. A lack of formulas. This is what the new and future intown residents will be seeking. We plan to include community-based non-profits involved with arts, education, or outreach.
