Across from Ponce City Market, Miller acquired six acres of land to develop some of the first new loft condominium projects in Atlanta. With over $50 million in sales, these projects were highly successful, earning investors 20-30% in returns. Just as the industrial buildings around them were constructed over a century earlier, these 240 units were built entirely out of poured-in-place concrete—permanence you can see and feel—and their large windows echo the style of the historic Sears building—now Ponce City Market.
