Beginning in 2014, Fabric began working with the City of Duluth to re-imagine a strategic block in their downtown owned by the City and adjacent to their town green. Fabric joined with Vantage Realty Partners to develop a $7.4 million, 40,000 s.f. catalytic restaurant-oriented retail activity center. The project enhances the downtown vibe through its attention to historic detail and authenticity. Working with the City of Duluth in a true public/private partnership, Fabric successfully achieved the City’s goals of creating a new activity center with chef-driven restaurants and a catalyst for several hundred million dollars of development in and around the downtown.
