Continuing in its work with the City of Avondale Estates to build a new downtown, Fabric has teamed up with Healey Weatherholtz Properties, LLC, to develop The Dale—a 25,000 s.f. Restaurant-oriented mixed-use project overlooking the Town Green. Groundbreaking for the project occurred in December 2023; completion is expected in the first quarter of 2025. It will feature a 40-foot belvedere providing lots of outdoor seating for three restaurants, an event space with an open-air patio, several boutique retailers,
and co-working office space, The Dale promises to be the heart of a new downtown Avondale for decades to come.
