Among the historic projects, Miller has developed are the Whitehall Mill Lofts in Athens, a textile mill dating from the 19th century with 80,000 s.f. of space and 56 units in five separate buildings. The project qualified for historic tax credits and was converted to condominium units after the five-year hold period. It earned awards from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation and the Athens Clarke Heritage Foundation.
